FILM FOR FRIED CRISPY SHRIMP

Description: Powder mixture that allows the crispy coating to stick to the shrimp. Not suitable for using alone. It is used with Timcrumb-s.

Application: First, shrimp is coated with Timfilm-sq powder. Then, Timfilm-sq powder is mixed with water and stirred. Shrimp is soaked in the prepared mixture and coated with Timcrumb-s. Then, fried in deep fryer.

Storage condition: Keep in a cool and dry place.

Shelf life: 24 months from production date.
