COATING FOR FRIED CRISPY CALAMARI-SHRIMP

Description: Powder mixture used for crispy coating for mussels and shrimps in fryer. Not suitable for using alone. It is used with Timfilm-sh or Timfilm-sq.

Application: First, shrimp is coated with Timfilm-sh powder and calamari is coated with Timfilm-sq powder. Then, Timfilm-sq powder and Timfilm-sh powder is mixed with water separately. Shrimp and calamari are soaked in the prepared mixtures and coated with Timcrumb-s. Then, fried in deep fryer.

Storage condition: Keep in a cool and dry place.

Shelf life: 12 months from production date.
