GARLIC COATING FOR FRIED CRISPY FISH

Description: Powder mixture used for garlic crispy coating for fish in deep fryer. Not suitable for using alone. It is used with Timfilm-f.

Application: First, fish are coated with Timfilm-f powder. Then, Timfilm-f powder is mixed with water and stirred. Fish are soaked in the prepared mixture and coated with Timcrumb-f Garlic. Then, fried in deep fryer.

Storage condition: Keep in a cool and dry place.

Shelf life: 18 months from production date.
