Application: Mix croquette dough mixture with hot water to prepare croqutte dough and left to cool. Then, croquette dough is shaped. In a separate bowl, Timfilm-p-c is mixed with water and whisked. The shaped potato croquettes are dipped in Timfilm-p-c and covered with suitable coating mixture. Then, fried in a deep fryer until its colour turns golden brown.
